DEWALT 2-YEAR WARRANTY
DEWALT is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding 2 years warranty.
If your DEWALT product becomes defective due to a manufacturing issue during the warranty period, DEWALT will replace the defective component free of charge.
Consumable parts like Carbon Brush and Switch are not covered under warranty.
Wear and tear parts like Armature and Field will have only one time free replacement during warranty period.
No registration is required, terms and conditions apply.

若產品因為材質／及生產過程發生問題而引致機具未能正常操作，在保修期內，得偉會在該產品的3年保修期之內提供免費的產品維修或零件更換。請將產品自行送到台灣之授權維修服務中心，並出示有效保修卡、發票、收據等購買憑證。
此項保修服務不包含以下情況:
- 未使用得偉原廠零件而導致損壞；
- 在正常磨損下而更換之零件如：碳刷、電源線、插頭、夾頭、開關、 軸承、外殼、齒輪及O型環；
- 隨機附送之附件及配件 （如鑽頭、起子頭、軍刀鋸片、皮帶掛勾…等)；
- 天災、地變、雷擊等意外事故；

此條款只適用於台灣總經銷商銷售之產品，而每個國家/地區在執行上述條款時可能會有差異，為保障貴客戶利益，若有任何疑問，請與當地授權維修服務中心聯絡。得偉保留隨時修改以上條款的權利而無需事先另行通知。如有爭議，維修服務中心擁有保修條款解釋權。

DEWALT POWER TOOL (PT) 3 YEARS WARRANTY ***
DEWALT is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding warranty for professional users of the product. This warranty statement is in addition to and in no way prejudices your contractual rights as a professional user or your statutory rights as a private non-professional user. The DEWALT PT Warranty for your products warranty for 3 years from the date of purchase subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The Warranty is valid within the territories of each country.
1. Statement
The DEWALT PT Warranty is available to the original DEWALT product user who has purchased the DEWALT products from an authorized dealer for use in the course of their trade or profession. The DEWALT PT Warranty is not available to persons purchasing DEWALT product for the purpose of “resale” or “hire”.
Kits comprising a range of tools are excluded from registration, individual tools from kits must be registered.
2. General terms and Conditions
2.1 The DEWALT PT 3 Years Warranty is available to the original DEWALT product user who has purchased the DEWALT products from an authorized DEWALT reseller for use in the course of their trade or profession. The DEWALT PT Warranty is not available to persons purchasing DEWALT product for the purpose of “resale” or “hire”.
2.2 This warranty is not transferrable. It is only available to the original DEWALT product user who has purchased and registered the product as identified above.
2.3 In addition to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document, the Terms & Conditions stated in the DEWALT PT Warranty also apply.
2.4 A product repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. The 3 years warranty period starts from the original purchase date and ends 36 months later.
3. Products excluded from the DEWALT PT 3 Years Warranty.
In addition to the product exclusions stated in the DEWALT PT Warranty, section 3, the following DEWALT branded products are also excluded:
- Attachments and accessories. e.g. Nailers, Powder Impact tools
- Batteries and Chargers
- The product has been purchased as used or second hand
- Break down due to usage of ingenuine spare parts, eg. carbon brush (not DEWALT spare parts).
- Normal wear and tear parts: e.g. carbon brush, cord, plug, chuck, bearing and battery.
- Unauthorized repair, alteration/modification.
- Damage caused by foreign objects, substances, accidents, obvious misuse, abuse, neglect and improper applications.
- Failure or damage due to wear & tear of a component incurred during the course of normal use. Wear and tear components include but are not limited to the following examples.

Under the DEWALT PT 3 Years Warranty:
- Armature, field coil, motor and electronic will be replaced at no cost for up to 3 times within the 3-years warranty period, if found to be manufacturing defect
- Transmission and gearbox:
- Cordless -Transmission – 1 time within the 3-years warranty period.
- Corded - Gearbox – 1 time within the 3-years warranty period.
- Labor charges are waived for the 3-years, for further assistance, kindly reach out to your authorized DEWALT retailer or consult www.2helpu.com to locate the nearest DEWALT authorized repair center.
- Freight charges are covered for the 3-years, for further guidance, please contact your authorized DEWALT retailer or refer to www.2helpu.com to identify the closest DEWALT authorized repair center.

4. Making a Warranty Claim
4.1 To make a warranty claim contact your seller or check the location of your nearest DEWALT authorized service center at www.2helpu.com.
4.2 The DEWALT Tool must be returned to the seller or an authorized service center with all parts complete, with the original proof of purchase.
4.3 DEWALT reserves the right to refuse any claim under this warranty which in the opinion of the authorized service center is not due to material or manufacturing defect or in accordance with the stated DEWALT PT Warranty Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes to Terms & Conditions
5.1 DEWALT reserves the right to review and amend its warranty policies, periods and product eligibility without notice as DEWALT considers appropriate.
5.2 Current DEWALT PT Warranty Terms & Conditions are available from www.2helpu.com, your local DEWALT seller or DEWALT office.

DEWALT reserves the right to refuse any claim under this warranty which in the opinion of the authorized repair center is not in accordance with the stated DEWALT Warranty Terms & Conditions.
